ZipWPReviews of zipwp.com

My website looks so elegant😍

I no longer needed their services after canceling my website. I forgot to cancel so as a separate subscription. I was charged twice for a subscription I no longer needed in the first place. Julian in customer service was excellent in figuring out I had 2 active subscriptions and was able to refund both charges and cancel future subscription plans- Not only that, they were quick with responses and refunds. 5 stars

Amazingly fast support, always with detailed answers, great customer service!!

Generic designs and wording. ZipWP can generate a basic WordPress website quickly and its page-planning process is useful for getting an initial structure in place. It may be suitable for prototyping, testing a simple concept, or producing a very rough first draft. However, the output feels highly generic. Across multiple briefs, industries and use cases, the generated sites followed almost the same modular layout, reused similar heading patterns, and differed mainly in colour rather than having a genuinely tailored visual direction. The copy, particularly headings, also required substantial rewriting. For a site where design, brand personality, conversion quality or originality matters, expect to redo much of the design and content after generation. At its price point and given its promises, it does not deliver enough creative differentiation or finished quality to justify a stronger recommendation.

zipwp inserted itself into my Google business profile without my permission.... Totally unexpected This came over as untrustworthy to me Ok I may have clicked on yes somewhere when signing up but honestly I trusted this company
