The most terrible mistake you could make is investing any time and trust into this company.
Their sandbox site is down literally 80% of the time, which means you cannot access, update or in any way work on your site.
If you try to migrate, they will block any and all access points, so essentially you purchase a product which you cannot use and it resides within a prison from which you cannot release it, so all you do will be trapped and lost while from the moment you pay them.

This website is fraud x2 and lier
I left a bad review comment in Trustpilot on May and getting a comment back in 5 months later, asking me to check my email and Spam... I checked every space and all I have is your advertising emails. I tried million times to reach out to you by phone, email, including your so called "premium support" or "inquires". Nothing happened! None of you guys even tried to reach out to me...
Again, this is not just a bad experience. This is completely a fraud! By the second time trying to act being responsible and fool anyone who needs help with.
If anyone who needs all email communication and prove that they are a fraud, please reach out to me. I have tons of evidence for it.

Hi Nacho,
Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we’re truly sorry. We understand how frustrating and upsetting it is to reach out many times and feel that no one is responding. That is not the experience we want anyone to have, and we take full responsibility for how this has been handled.
We want to make this right. We have replied to you by email, but it seems our messages are not reaching your inbox. So that we can continue the conversation with you directly, we have sent you an invite to our Slack community. The invite is sent by Slack, so please look for an email from Slack in your inbox or spam folder.
If you would prefer to continue by email, you are also welcome to contact us through here: https://zipwp.com/support/open-a-ticket/, from a different email address than the one you used before. That way, our replies have a better chance of reaching you.
We are sorry again for everything you have been through, and we are committed to resolving this with you.

Paid for Premium Support — spent over a week dealing with a broken deployment
I purchased a paid ZipWP plan to build and launch my company’s WordPress website. The website-building portion was fine. The problems began when I tried to take the completed site live.
What should have been a routine deployment turned into more than a week of failed deployments, outdated content being published, broken cloud-site associations, and extremely slow support.
ZipWP advertises Premium Support as 24/7/365 with responses within 6–8 hours. My experience did not remotely resemble that. I repeatedly waited well beyond the advertised response window. I would sometimes receive a response, reply almost immediately, and then hear nothing again for an extended period while my business website remained incorrect.
The technical problem was also significant. My completed/current website existed in a ZipWP sandbox. After going live, ZipWP deployed an older version that was missing substantial work.
Support explained that the sandbox and live site had become separate environments and that I needed to remove the live version and perform Go Live again. I carefully followed that process.
ZipWP subsequently showed my domain as Active, DNS as Verified, and SSL as Active, yet the correct website still wasn’t deployed. At one point, clicking WP Admin for the supposedly live website actually attempted to open the hostname of the previous cloud installation that had already been deleted, resulting in a “Can’t Find the Server” error.
A new cloud installation was later provisioned and again showed DNS and SSL as active, but the deployment problem remained.
I provided screenshots and detailed explanations to support and repeatedly identified exactly which sandbox contained the correct website. I also requested escalation and proposed a simple workaround if they couldn’t repair the deployment promptly. The issue still wasn’t resolved in a reasonable amount of time.
Eventually, I lost confidence in using ZipWP for a production business website. I installed a migration/backup plugin myself, exported my complete website, and am now preparing to move it to another hosting provider.
That’s particularly disappointing because the actual site-building product has potential. But for a business website, what happens after something goes wrong with Go Live is just as important as the builder itself.
I have preserved screenshots, support correspondence, timestamps, DNS information, and copies of ZipWP’s published support representations documenting this experience.
I will update this review if ZipWP ultimately resolves the situation or provides an appropriate remedy. As of today, however, this has been an extremely frustrating experience for what should have been a straightforward WordPress deployment.

Hi John,
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration you went through while trying to get your website live. We completely understand how stressful it must have been to spend well over a week dealing with a deployment that should have been routine.
After reviewing your case, we can confirm that the underlying deployment issue was identified and resolved. We also followed up with you directly to confirm this on your end. We apologize that our support response times fell short of what we advertise, that's never our intention, and we take that feedback seriously.
We also appreciate the detailed feedback you shared throughout this process. It helps us continue improving what happens after a site goes live, not just the building experience itself.
Our goal is to ensure that all our customers feel prioritized and supported. If there's anything else you need, feel free to reply to the follow-up email we sent your way.

Very disappointing experience so far
Very disappointing experience so far. I paid for the Standard plan and received confirmation and a payment receipt, but my account still shows that I’m on the Free plan and I haven’t received the service I paid for. I contacted support and was told the issue requires human review and that I may have to wait up to 24 hours. When a customer has been successfully charged, access to the purchased plan should be activated immediately. I’ll update this review depending on how quickly and effectively the issue is resolved.

Hi Yassine,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to be charged and not have access to what you paid for right away. That's not the experience we want any of our customers to have, and we truly appreciate the patience you showed while our team looked into it.
We're glad we were able to resolve the issue and get you set up with your preferred plan. We've also followed up with you by email to help with your next question, and we'd love to make sure everything is working smoothly for you. Whenever you're ready, please feel free to reply to our last email or reach us here: https://zipwp.com/support/open-a-ticket/.
We're always happy to help!

zipwp inserted itself into my Google…
zipwp inserted itself into my Google business profile without my permission.... Totally unexpected
This came over as untrustworthy to me
Ok I may have clicked on yes somewhere when signing up but honestly I trusted this company

Hi David,
Thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry to hear it came across this way. We understand how concerning it can feel when something connects to a profile without feeling like a clear, deliberate choice.
We did look into this on our end but weren't able to locate a support ticket, so we don't have the specific details to investigate further from here.
If you're open to it, we'd really like to look into exactly what happened and help disconnect anything you didn't intend to connect. Please reach out to us through here: https://zipwp.com/support/open-a-ticket/, with the email you used and we'll take a closer look right away.

Do not use this product or service
Do not use this product or service. I attempted to get a refund for a product purchased of ZipWp, and like other reviews, the customer support team failed to contact me. If an unsatisfied customer wants a refund for their product, they must initiate it with seven days. I opened several tickets as their support policy claims premium users will get a response within 8-9 hours and I have yet to hear from them. I instantly disputed the transaction as soon as I saw other people were experiencing the same issue.
Response from ZipWPOct 2, 2026
Hi LC,
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration you went through, especially around support response times and the refund process. We completely understand how stressful it can feel to raise multiple tickets and not get the response you were expecting.
We tried to look into your case but unfortunately weren't able to locate your account or the tickets you mentioned. We'd really like to make this right, but we'll need a bit more information to do so properly.
If you're open to it, please reach out to us through here: https://zipwp.com/support/open-a-ticket/, with the email address or ticket number tied to your account, and we'll personally look into what happened with your refund request.
Thank you for giving ZipWP a try, and we genuinely hope we can help resolve this for you.
