Hello Will, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused, and I completely understand how frustrating it can be to lose the time and effort you've invested in your website. To clarify, as mentioned on our pricing page https://app.zipwp.com/pricing and in our account policies, websites created under the Hobby plan unfortunately cannot be restored once deleted. However, if the plan is upgraded to Pro or Business within the restoration period, we would be able to assist in recovering the site. Additionally, we did attempt to reach out to you regarding this matter but, unfortunately, did not receive a response from your end to proceed with the restoration. I hope this explanation helps to clarify the situation, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out via our support page https://zipwp.com/support/open-a-ticket/ Best regards, Team ZipWP
