They are unprofessional
They are unprofessional. I booked a move date for march 28th and they didnt keep it. Can someone recommend a moving company?
Response from ZIP Moving & StorageMar 21, 2022
Hi Ontario, I am terribly sorry to hear about the poor experience you had with a moving company that shares a similar name as ours (Zip to Zip Moving). After checking our records, I believe this review was intended for them, however, it ended up being posted on our company's page instead. I hope they will reach out to you in order to resolve any stated issues, but we would appreciate it if you could remove this review at your earliest convenience. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Kind regards, Daria
