Easiest Move I've Had
Zip Movers was excellent! They were transparent and accurate with their pricing, and were timely with everything! The movers were professional and efficient. I greatly appreciated how they took care in wrapping my items and made sure not to scuff walls when moving. Would definitely hire them for my next move!

I can't say enough about Zip Moving!
I can't say enough about Zip Moving. From my first conversation with David, I knew I was good hands. My move was delayed at the last minute, along with lack of communication with my apartment complex, but David worked with me and the complex continuously. 2 days prior to the move, I received a call confirming along with calls from Nikki on the day of the move, ensuring that all was going well. Corey and his crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, were personable, and finished well before the estimated time. I would definitely recommend Zip (Corey is great!) for a local move since they are reasonably priced and work closely with you. Share review Write an update Edit review Remove review

Our team was great
Our team was great! Super courteous, professional and helpful during what could otherwise have been a stressful day. They were very careful with our stuff as well as both homes as they were moving in and out and were very efficient with their time/efforts.

Great back office support - movers not so much
My experience all the way up until the move day was awesome. Even in the beginning of the move day I would have still rated it five stars. Unfortunately it went down here quickly from there. Ryan’s comment of “I don’t give a S*” when he spoke about my move was obviously followed as I continue to find drawers that no longer open smoothly, scratched televisions, and missing cables. They had left moving items on my front porch of my old place and did not even care to say “oops”. I had to move them back inside and now I possibly need to hire yet another moving company or vehicle to finish.

Dear Christine, We're glad you are happy with the overall service of our helpers, as well as our back office support. However, we're terribly sorry that you had such an experience with our lead mover. Such comments are highly inappropriate and we have already taken action to ensure the lead mover changes his behavior toward customers going forward. We as a moving company have not and will not tolerate rudeness towards our customers in any form. When it comes to the damages done during your move, we're really sorry and only hope that this will be resolved to your satisfaction, as discussed on our calls. Please know we'll be here for you if you need anything at all from us.
