I moved July 2022 and it was beyond stressful but Zip Moving was EXCELLENT and took off a lot of the stress. From the start Martin - Daria - my sales reps were professional & excellent with quotes & scheduling. The actual movers Joel & Orlando- called me about arrival time - came on time - did an EXCELLENT job. They both listened to my needs and concerns; assessed the job; moved my belongings with care & were professional and fun:) We then went to my new place - which was hectic because of many things - but they were calm and cool. They moved me into my new place with the same care. During the move in the manager called me to find out about my experience - that was NICE! I assured him of the great care I was in with Joel & Orlando! They did the job in a wonderful timeframe -quick and pleasant. Joel ended services professionally, accurately, showing me details on what I was paying for and why & with the process of payment! I actually had a smile on my face during this move in and Joel & Orlando assisted with that smile. I would highly recommend ZIP Moving & Storage if you are moving. Their prices are great and the service even better. THANK YOU to all for a wonderful move! Please use them and tell others - I sure will! Dara from DC!

I thought the process was great and the moving crew was super. I was very pleased the same two that packed me up also did the delivery. There was a communication miss here and there along the way but overall the team is very adept at navigating an out of state move. I would use this team again.

Very pleased with Zips Moving. Communications from sales call through entire process was timely and friendly. Our move required changing original move date, dropping furniture at 2 locations which they handled perfectly. On day of move the crew was courteous and careful with the items including a piano. Job was completed within budget given during the sales process. Would recommend them.
