ZIP Moving & StorageReviews of zipmoving.us

I called on Zip Moving after having suffered water damage to my apartment, to pack and move the content of my apartment to a storage unit. Since day one, the communication with Tony was clear and concise. The follow-up by Nikki was very helpful and professional. She answered all my questions, was very pleasant and had a great personality. On the scheduled day, the team of Carlos (Carlos, Guillermo and Daniel) arrived on time, did a great job at packing my belongings very efficiently and carefully; they made the whole process appear effortless. The unloading at the storage unit was just as seamless. Everything happened as described and according to plan. They are true professionals! When you hire Zip moving and Storage, you get top notch, reliable and dedicated professionals. They treat your belongings as if they were their own! I expected the whole process to be stressful, instead they made me feel that I was in good hands and that there was no need to burden myself. I am looking forward to having them bring back my belongings from storage once the work at my apartment is completed. They've got my trust!

Zip moving did a great job from start to finish. From booking the move to arranging the move to actually having a move happen, everybody did a great job. Everybody I spoke with was professional and returned calls immediately. The movers that came were extremely organized, fast, careful and polite.

Miguel and team were fantastic! I had a great team of 6 working to move my 4bdr house about an hour away. Zip was incredible responsive as I had questions before moving day, and the virtual walkthrough was super convenient and made sure we had an accurate inventory of items. The team worked quickly to pack everything up in the trucks and they even moved my large fridge by removing and then reattaching the front door. The price was fair for the work completed and in the time it was completed. I had a lot of apprehension with such a big move but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zip to friends and family now that I've worked with them once.

Wonderful experience. Team showed up on the early side of the time range I was provided. They were very careful and meticulous with my items. They were very professional and courteous. Could not be happier, they deserve 6 stars!

Everyone was so helpful and so kind every step of the way. It really helped reduce the stressful nature of moving

Fantastic! From the start, they are hands on with the planning and execution. Day of, our crew really took to heart our request to be careful in the new house. Fast and safe delivery.

Great communicators, positive, took excellent care of our belongings both during the moves and in storage. Highly recommended.

Everything from the initial phone call to inquire about services to the unloading of the last box was professional, courteous, and efficient. It honestly couldn’t have been better!
