Zip moving was responsive and reasonably priced. Within five minutes of my online request on a Sunday I received a response via email and a phone call about 10 minutes later. I had an estimate and a commitment for my moving day within 30 minutes after speaking with Steven. I was contacted two days prior to the move to review the items being moved and given a window when the movers would arrive. On move day I was contacted by Alvarado when they were 30 minutes out. The move was completed in about 3 hours (including travel time) and the items arrived undamaged. The entire process was professional, easy and seamless.

Everyone was incredibly organized and helpful. The agents we spoke to leading up to the move were thorough and professional. The movers were incredibly efficient and fast! Nothing was damaged at all and everyone was very nice. Best moving company we have ever hired, and we have moved every year or two for the last decade. Not to mention they had very competitive pricing.

This was one of the best choices we made while moving! Their crew, especially Robin, were on time, extremely organized, and just did a phenomenal job both when picking and delivering household treasures. Nothing was damaged, nothing was missing, and they just made the whole process, which can be stressful, stress-free. I highly recommend them!
