Everything worked just as Zip Hearing said it would. Product to doctor, doctor adjustments, fitting. I was able to get a new IPhone and great hearing aids, for what other companies wanted to charge me for hearing aids w/4yr. maintenance plan. Don’t need a maintenance plan!

When it comes time to replace them, I would use them again.

My audiologist recommended two hearing aids, including Phonak Audeo I-90 and Oticon Intent. I went online to research them and found a very helpful video on the Phonak mode. The video said I could get them through Zip Hearing. I called Zip and spoke to Grant several times before making a decision. He was very knowledgeable, informative and patient. I was wary of buying hearing aids online, but he explained that Zip has relationships with dealers who provide the initial programming and ongoing service. I checked out reviews of Zip on TrustPilot and found them to be overwhelmingly favorable. I bought the Phonaks from Zip at roughly 30% less than the price quoted by my audiologist for the same model. I received them about a week later at my local dealer and have returned there for some adjustments. Both Grant and the dealer have been helpful and professional throughout the process. I have already recommended Grant to several friends who are in the market.

I bought my Phonak 90 hearing aids from Grant at Zip hearing for substantially less than my sister paid for the same aid from another source. Grant referred me to a local Zip professional whose explanation was comprehensive and professional. I’ve had the aids for about three weeks and am happy the transition period getting used them was much easier than expected.

I don't often write reviews but I feel I have to share my experience with Grant at Zip hearing. It was just over the top. 1) The bottom line cost for the hearing aids, was almost half of what I experienced. 2) Grant explained the whole buying, fitting and calibration simply and completely. 3) I then went to Grant's recommended local audiologist to have my hearing checked. The audiologist did a very thorough hearing test, discovering an anomaly that had been missed during 40 years of visits to other audiologists and ENT doctors. The audiologist then recommended the best hearing aid for my type of hearing loss, 4) With the information from the audiologist, Grant was able to order the hearing aids. 5) Less than a week later, the hearing aids arrived at the audiologist, who fitted the hearing aids and calibrated the for my specific hearing loss When the hearing aids were activated it honestly was almost a religious experience. I can now hear things I haven't heard for over 40 years! I can hear birds singing, my footsteps and, as a musician, a much wider frequency spectrum. With the advanced control app, I must admit that sometimes I have to turn the hearing aids down, (my sister-in-law). In closing I give Grant at Zip hearing 5 stars, wishing there were more.
