Initial contact with ZipHearing was great. I told them what I was looking for. They quoted me a price approx $1000 less than my local provider.. They put me in contact with their local representative company who was also very responsive. The local rep obtained the product, fitted and programmed them.The whole process only took 5 business days. I only have my hearing aids (Phonak CROS b70) two days but so far I couldn't be happier.

Jeff, my ZipHearing agent, is always on top of providing customer service. It is easy to communicate with him and he is quick to respond to customer inquiries or problems. So far, however, I have not settled on my choice of hearing aids, due to problems with my aids, so would have to withhold on the final outcome of my overall experience.

When I needed to replace my aging hearing aids, I searched all options and brands but when I contacted Jeff at ZipHearing, the decision was "automatic" as he worked with me to find the best hearing specialist in my area, and he was right as the specialist was fantastic and very professional. Hard to believe that this process went so smooth in acquiring, fitting and explanation of the product and use of them. Thank you for an excellent and by far wonderful experience. I can hear things now that I never heard before, and to think that I teach and instruct both eye and ear protection, this is amazing. All of the sounds and background noise was just a mass of just sounds and noise without any comprehensive understanding as to what was being said. Wow, what a unique experience to be able to hear sounds I have been missing for years. I tell my friends that my house is "freaky" because I hear noises that I never ever knew they existed in my house. Items such as the refrigerator turning on and off at a very long distance I might add. These hearing aids are fantastic, but most of all I can hear clear as a bell what my sweetheart is telling and asking me to do. Great customer service, great response time in receiving the product and great competitive prices culminating in a super great result. ZipHearing you deserve Five (5) stars for everything you have done for me. Thank you for allowing me to hear sounds again as I did when I was much younger.

Jeff and crew and ZipHearing are highly rated by this user. I spent way too much time trying to review hearing aids. Impossible. Information is tightly controlled by the manufacturers. And forget Consumer Reports. I have experience with brands they recommend, and disagree wholeheartedly with some. I tried 2 prior audios, experimented with buying online, tried supported software for tweaks. All poor experiences and discouraging. After gritting teeth, putting in the time to research, I found ZipHearing online. The consumer reviews on this site are the only ones that I believe are legitimately written by users. Most sites have a few thinly disguised "family and friends" reviewers. You can try the very inexpensive end - I did. Those went back in 5 days when they stopped working completely. You can try the top end - I did unknowingly. I was sold a top brand at 20% over retail. Found that out after buying, and returned them - thanks to ZipHearing. Their listings of retail prices showed I had been charged 20% over full retail. Better HAs are worth the price. And since they are pricey, it sure helps to have ZipHearing giving a very welcome discount. Jeff and company are a welcome support for the HA consumer.
