Excellent product, price and service! The people at Zip and my local provider were very attentive and I couldn't be happier with my hearing aids. I've had my Signias for a week and they make a dramatic difference in my interactions with others, especially my wife of 40+ years. I'm still learning how best to use them, as the Signias have some great advanced features. Giant bonus is I saved nearly $2000 vs other providers and experienced an excellent level of service. (I tried 4 other providers/brands over three months.) My local Zip-affiliated audiologist was totally up to speed and knows the technical aspects better than the others I consulted. I've already referred a friend who also had a great experience. I'm a true believer in the Zip business model. If you need hearing aids, save time and start with Zip.

I haven't had the hearing aids long enough to really evaluate them but I can say the customer service is outstanding! Speaking with Jeff at Zip, I knew he was concerned about providing great service and his referral to Rusty and the immediate response by Zip was as good as it gets. Thank you Jeff!

My Dad just purchased a pair of Phonak rechargeable hearing aids from ZipHearing. Jeff at ZipHearing was knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. And with the great price from ZipHearing he was able to buy better quality hearing aids at a lower price than the cheaper hearing aids. ZipHearing referred him to a local audiologist for fitting who was a pleasure to work with and made the experience effortless and pleasant. My experience with ZipHearing is a little different than most. I have not purchased hearing aids from Zip yet and may not in the future. The reason for the five star review is the way I was treated throughout. Working with Jeff (president, I found out later) was mind blowing! It was like two friends talking at the bar about hearing aids. His questions were on-point and his answers were easily understandable (no acronyms, no sales spiel, no "look how much I know"). We talked about the insurance I have and what it would cover for hearing aids. He actually called the insurance company to find out how it would breakdown for me! This morning he sent me an email where he went though that breakdown and he recommended I not buy from ZipHearing (?!) and why. NEVER have I had a sales person (still didn't know he was the president) suggest such a thing. He actually took the time to explain what my best options might be. To me that is above and beyond any customer service I've ever gotten. I may or may not buy from ZipHearing but will absolutely recommend ZipHearing to anyone who asks me about hearing aids...

I have hesitated getting hearing aids for years due to cost, but thanks to ZipHearing I am able to now purchase a pair with a savings of $1900.00 compared to a quote from my ENT’s audiologist. Their customer service is exemplary; they have worked with me to find a manufacturer and style that works best for me. I have single sided hearing (deaf in one ear) with minor hearing loss in the other but with tinnitus. I am excited to try a CROS system with a tinnitus program and that will also send sound from my non hearing ear side to my hearing ear; amazing! ZipHearing’s local audiologist has been very professional and wonderful to work with. Seriously, if you need hearing aids, go to ZipHearing; you’ll get your needs met....in a Zip!
