Zip Hearing was very good to work with. They got me a very good discount off of list price for Signia NX hearing aids. The hearing aids didn’t work out with in the 45 day trial and they promptly got me a refund with no hassle and no pressure that I had to buy something else from them to get the refund. I would highly recommend them.

As a first-time hearing aid client, I was most skeptical about putting my trust in an on-line provider vs. a local dealer. I had originally consulted with an audiologist affiliated with a large ENT practice. She quoted me Oticon OPN1. Top-of-the-line instruments, but quite a bit above my price point. After checking the reviews for ZipHearing, I spoke with Grant, who answered all of my questions and eased my mind tremendously. He referred me to an audiologist who I would also recommend most highly. Not only was I quoted a price that was more than $1000 less than the prior one, but after an initial consultation, he suggested I try the Widex Evoke 440. These aids offer many of the same high-tech features of the Oticon plus several more. I couldn't be happier with the results all around.

Being a police officer ( retired ) I am naturally skeptical of companies who profess to outperform local businesses . After speaking with Grant at Ziphearing I was proven wrong . He and his company did everything he said they would , quickly and with compassion towards my needs . Not only did he save me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS , yes , you read that correctly , but he put me in touch with a clinic that cares as much as he does about each and every client.. I made multiple calls to him with questions and concerns and was impressed as they were all answered to my satisfaction . I had to look at my young grandchildren to be able to understand what they were saying , now , I hear them say " I love you grandpa even as they are in another room . They are as excited about my Resound Linx 9 hearing aids as I am :) . Bottom line , Grant and Ziphearing did what they said they would , followed up with me after the fitting and for that I'll be forever grateful . An important part of my life has been returned .
