Honestly, everyone from Jeff, Cynthia, Gladys, Larry were all very good. They're willing to come in early, to accomodate my schedule. I was very impressed.

Really enjoyed the experience with Zip, and Jeff! The pricing (which was significantly lower than full-service audiologists), customer care and the interface with their Denver-based partner audiologist, was outstanding and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I recently received my new hearing aids. I had never worn hearing aids before and so I did quite a bit of research before I purchased them. I selected ZipHearing because Grant was super helpful and the price was right. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing hearing aids.

Before I contacted ZipHearing I realized I had a hearing deficiency that needed attention. A friend told me that certain "big box" stores offered hear aids at reduced prices. I went to one of those stores and had a test and fitting that seemed okay, but I decided to wait before making a purchase. One thing that concerned me about that provider was that they only carried a single brand of instrument, with several models. It was then I decided to research hearing aids on the internet and found myself buried under a mountain of information. While trying to sort through all the information I read an article which linked to ZipHearing. When I examined their site found a well ordered presentation of the hearing instruments they carried and a good number of reviews. The majority of the reviews were quite positive. I hung out on the site for several days before making a telephone contact and made a list of every question I could imagine concerning hearing aids and how ZipHearing conducted their business. When I finally made contact, my call and questions were handled by Eric. Eric patiently answered all my questions over several days, and never put any pressure on me to close the deal. After digesting all the information I had and querying several local providers, who usually told me how good their product was in comparison to the competition, I bought my hearing aids from Zip. The fitting and set up went well and I'm completely satisfied with the Signia instruments. BID BOTTOM LINE....Good service, good hearing instruments and my HIS told me on one visit that I had bought the hearing aids for less than half of what he could have sold them for and I'd saved $3000.00!
