Got a callback in minutes after filling out the web form. Grant arranged for us to set an appointment with Mark. Mark was very thorough and tested me for hearing loss. He fitted me with a trial pair and the improvement was significant. We ordered aids and they came in in about a week. Mark set them up and I have been using them every day. While I don't have a competitive price from another supplier, the price for Phonak Marvel 70's seemed competitive with prices published by Costco for similar devices of other brands. The Phonak features are great! Rechargeable so no messing with battery changes, automatic iPhone and Android connectivity. Answer a call just by pressing a button on your aid.

Very pleased with the aids themselves and the service from my audiologist and the two ZipHearing representatives that helped along the way. While I haven't shopped widely, the price seems quite reasonable and Zip matched another discount through a professional organization.

These are my first hearing aids so I had many questions. I spoke to Jeff and he answered ALL my questions in detail. I was referred to a local Audiologist, placed the order with Jeff, got the aids and I am VERY HAPPY. Purchased the ReSound Quattro 9's. I like the fact that they are rechargeable. The batteries last ALL DAY with no problems. I also have a Android phone so I bought the Phone Clip+. The app is very easy to work with. It does seem to disconnect a time or two a day but simply close it down and it reconnects. Prior to Zip Hearing I called a couple of places to inquire about cost of the Quattro 9's and I saved over $1,500. Can't go wrong with Zip Hearing

I'm very happy with my Phonak Marvel M70R. I love their integration with my Android phone. The possibility of answering phone calls directly into them is a feature greater than what I thought it would be. The remote control from the phone allows a discrete adjustment of volume and program. The aids recharge really fast and saves me from having to buy batteries. I think that since it doesn't have a battery door, they'll be less susceptible to humidity and damage to the doors. The support from Zip Hearing was awesome.
