I recommend Zip Hearing unreservedly. The price of my Phonak Audeo Marvel 90 rechargeable hearing aids was much better than any other source. The hearing aids came directly from the manufacturer with all the appropriate paperwork. It was a pleasure to work with Grant at Zip Hearing. He was easy to contact, very helpful, and reliable. Everything arrived exactly as agreed and on time. When I inadvertently damaged the new hearing aids by allowing the lithium-ion batteries to drain, Jeff volunteered to replace the entire order. The replacement hearing aids, charger and other accessories arrived in less than a week. The local audiologist recommended by Zip Hearing was knowledgeable and expert in fitting the hearing aids.
