If there were more stars, I would give more stars. ZipHearing was GREAT to deal with and their local providers covering east KC are just as good! These were my first hearing aids and I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. Highly recommende!

My experience with ZipHearing was as smooth as it gets. I called them based on ads I saw on line and spoke with Grant. He was super helpful and answered a lot of questions. I already knew specifically which hearing aids I wanted, and Zip's price was a full $1,200 less than 2 other providers had quoted me for the same exact model. Grant put me in touch with a local provider who was a little further away for me, but totally worth saving over a thousand dollars! She was great to work with as well. I highly recommend ZipHearing to anyone!

I enjoyed an outstanding professional experience from ZipHearing's internet introduction including unbiased hearing aid instrument research assistance, referral to a national recognized and certified professional Audiologist who met with me and my wife and walked us through the entire hearing aid purchasing process and placed the instrument order. Upon receipt of the hearing aids the Doctor of Audiology completed the instrument fitting process, fine tuned the hearing aids and answered all of our questions. ZipHearing not only has highly competitive prices but has #1 customer service. When I could not reach the manufacturer for a part, ZipHearing stepped in, contacted the manufacturer and had the part sent out immediately.

I am a first time hearing aid user and ZipHearing made the process as easy and affordable as possible. Reasonable prices to start and Jeff does an excellent job of explaining the steps all the way through.I am very impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone.
