Great experience and knowledgeable of the product. Was referred to a care provider for the actual hearing test and fitting. Follow up visits is also a plus to keep the hearing devices clean and operating at peak performance. All questions and concerns were answered and my hearing experience has definitely improved. Jeff Hall at Zip Hearing was extremely helpful in resolving the battery life problems I was having with my Phonak Audeo M90-R hearing aids. After several replacements and conversations Jeff was able to exchange the Phonak aids to a pair of Signia Pure Charge and Go 7x aids at no cost to me. The Signia aids are working extremely well and they are meeting all my hearing needs.
