After paying thousands for 2 pairs of hearing aids in 10 years, I found a gem in ZipHearing! My local audiologist quoted me $6500 for my next pair of Resound’s. I decided to do a little research and found ZH amongst others. From the first phone call with Derrick, I was hooked! I tried Phonaks and was unhappy, then I went back to the top of the line Resound instead. The exchange during the 45 day trial period was easily done because Derrick often would tell me: “I want you to be satisfied.” How can you beat that??? Derrick was totally knowledgeable about his products, he set me up with a local audiologist and he was easy to contact if I had any issues. This is a new business model for this septuagenarian, but I’m pleased to say that I saved $2500 and had a good experience with a great outcome! Thank you ZipHearing and especially Derrick! Only wish I had known about you sooner, but I will pass the word.

I highly recommend ZipHearing and their representative Derek Pirkey for your hearing aid needs. I just purchased a hearing aid through this superior organization, and I am pleased with the assistance and expertise that Derek and ZipHearing provided in helping me acquire it. Derek helped me select a quality hearing aid, located and scheduled a local representative to do the necessary hearing aid fittings. It took less than four days from my first contact with Derek to getting my hearing aids in my ears. On top of providing such superior assistance, they charged the cheapest price for this unit of any site that I was able to find on the Internet. In fact, they adjusted my price lower when I found cheaper price after I had initially purchased the unit. I will gladly purchase a new hearing aid unit through these folks. They are a first-rate organization, and Derek is an excellent representative.

I don’t know the story behind the negative comments but they are bull as far as I’m concerned! Something smells fishy about them. I got my Widex aids from them and they hooked me up with a great local fitter who has taken excellent care of me ever since. They also saved me $1000.00 over what I was quoted by local audiologists I consulted before I found them. To tell the truth, I can’t remember how I found them! (I’m 83 and I’m not sure what I had for supper!) All I can say is they are a first-rate outfit and Jeff took great care of me after too many years of competition shooting and my squad car siren (retired big-city cop) wrecking my high-frequency hearing. Ignore the negative stuff.

A friend bought a set of phonak hearing aides and told me about the two chip technology and was really happy with there performance. I was researching them online and happened on to Zip hearing. Zip Hearing saved me over a $1,000. Dealing with Darrick was a pleasure. The network audiologist was worth the 45 minute drive. Everything went flawlessly.

I found Mr. Derrick Pirkey to be one of the best consumer sales persons I have ever dealt with. If ZipHearing has all sales persons like Mr. Pirkey, I suspect their business will do very well. He is extremely responsive (within minutes). He is very professional, polite, and mostly, knowledgeable. I did get an exceptional discount from the company over local ENT's but the review is mostly because of my customer service experience with Mr. Pirkey.
