I am so pleased with Zip Hearing and their staff. First of all, during my introductory phone call, they gave me great advice and suggestions on choices of hearing aids. They sent me to a top notch hearing aid professional and I was completely impressed with the testing, fitting, customer service and follow up support. There was no pressure sales technique and I was allowed to take my time and learn about all the new features and options. I found my experience, very informative, personable, meaning there was not one sales and presentation strategy ... they work with the individual. All in all, exceptional value! When it comes to price, I pride myself on comparing "apples for apples' and I know Zip Hearing and their associates, had the best prices and gave me outstanding customer service, that was " head and shoulders" above other hearing aid competitors. I would highly recommend Zip Hearing.

From ordering, to fitting, taking delivery, the process was flawless. At each step, I was kept informed, and can not complain. Speedy ! The Phonak Audeo Marvel 70's exceeded my expectations, and are the best hearing aids I have ever worn. Ziphearing's website impressed me with the way I could compare, by feature, the different brands & models, prices. I would recommend Ziphearing to anyone that wants a quality product, at a reasonable price, from a business that has got things 'right', from start to fitting. Way to Go people!

I did a lot of research on Zip Hearing and on my hearing aids and the process and found Zip Hearing to be the easiest process and the best value. I was amazed at how efficient and easy the process was. Everything really did work like they promised. I saved money on my hearing aids and they referred me to a very good doctor who did all of the best practices I had been researching. The aids arrived quickly and work well. I would definitely recommend Zip Hearing. Finally a company that lives up to what they promise.

So glad I found ZipHearing. I was hesitant at first... The employees are very professional. The audiologist they referred me to is excellent. And finally, I am very pleased with my hearing devices PLUS saved over $800!

Great service and great program, didn't believe the pricing at first. Grant was awesome to deal with and made the process very easy and they were able to work with me on my FSA spending deadlines.
