The best customer service experience I have had with any other company my whole life. The folks there are responsive to your needs and bend over backwards to keep their customers happy. It's been a year now, and I have to say, I can hear my grandchildren clearly, my wife has quit nagging and me personally don't know why I waited so long to be able to hear clearly again. It is definitely a life changer. Grant and Jeff are the best. No pressure and you get set up with an audiologist within your area. I had a pair before this and I can tell you the variety of products that you can choose from and affordability that you get from this company can not be surpassed.

I helped my elderly mother shop hearing aids. I have been wearing hearing aids for 10 years. And these Phonak are the best brand for me. The T coils are amazing. Since I am on the phone all day for my job. The bluetooth is ok, but I have to keep it off, because of the email sounds. That drives me nutz. Jim Hall and Dawn the Audiologist were 2 wonderful ppl to work with. Dawn made sure that everything was working fine. She stayed after hours due to my work scheduled. I highly recommend this company for ur hearing aids needs.
