A call from ZipHearing was the turning point in my search for new hearing aides. The information on the various brands on line was sketchy with way too many selling points. And I'd just come from a audiologist who seemed like a used car sales person. I wasn't excited to get a call, but here, finally, was someone who listened to me and then, decoded the sales jargon that was driving me crazy. In about fifteen minutes, I had a firm idea of the model and the brand that would be best for me. Our frank and informative conversation was a relief, and I'm grateful for Jeff's help.

I can't imagine a better buying experience. I worked with Jeff at Ziphearing who set up an appointment with a local provider who tested my hearing and listened carefully to understand my needs, after which we ordered a rather sophisticated system that arrived within a few days. Turns out that it wasn't the perfect system for me, so I returned it and we ordered another, which also came quickly. Perfect! Everyone was patient as I changed my mind (too many times!) and extremely helpful in getting me the best system for my needs. At an excellent price! I highly recommend Ziphearing.

I got hearing aids for the first time 3 months ago. I took advantage of the 45 trial through Ziphearing. Jeff at Zip was incredible in quick responses to my questions and in providing the Signa hearing aids. 3 months in I can say I am HUGELY pleased with the hearing aids. These are superb hearing aids. The clarity of the Resound GF One (v.9) is a quantum leap is beyond the Siemens devices I've been using for several years. I'm especially impressed with the clarity when talking on my cellphone using the built-in Bluetooth feature. The Resound 3-D iPhone app allows me (with the guidance of the ZipHearing provider) to program the devices for optimal performance under different conditions -- noisy restaurant, windy outdoors, directional focus. Each setting is additionally adjustable for volume, treble and bass accessible with the touch of a button on the devices. My wife has commented appreciatively on my ability to hear her speaking in a normal tone of voice and hear the TV on low volume. I also appreciate the service rendered by the ZipHearing provider when delivering the devices. He took the time to adjust them to my particular needs and explain the intricacies of the 3-D app. Count me among ZipHearing's satisfied customers.

A friend asked me to try her hearing aids , and the experience was life changing . My hearing has been bad for the better part of my life . Upon returning from Vietnam. The VA provided aids to me years ago that were just not sufficient so I continued without them , just smiling and trying to read lips of those who spoke to me .Restaurants were impossible to hear anything, TV never clear and used closed captions, church or open meetings awful . I can't believe how much I have missed not to mention how many people were quietly annoyed by my deafness . These hearing aids have Re opened the door to a more pleasurable life . I currently own a pair of Signia Pure hearing aids and was on a (3) month cycle to clean and tweak them. Due to the pandemic, the Local office closed. I called ZipHearing office in California which resulted in my contact with a nearby specialist who serviced my instruments to my satisfaction, all in less than a week's time.
