positive: - about 1000.-$ less than the quote of my previous audiologist - the audiologist Zip referred me to received the Phonak P90R within 2 days after ordering them from Zip. - Jeff is very, very helpful and responds within hours. - the referred audiologist gave me similar service which I was used to from my former audiologist. - I payed by now 3 visits to get them fine tuned to my hearing situation. negative: - you have to change your audiologist overall: as the title says - couldn't be any better!!!!!

I was evaluating hearing aids and came to the conclusion that Phonak R90 would be the best fit for me. I noticed Zip Hearings ad for $4798 and decided that was a fair price. The deciding factor was that Zip Hearing used a provider in my area to fit the aids and provide me with all the necessary service. They handled all the details including the custom ear molds I needed. I am totally pleased with Zip Hearing and the service they provided. They took care everything and all I had to was meet with my local provider.

I called these folks on a Thursday afternoon after being told by my audiologist that I needed to spend nearly $10,000 to get new hearing aids. After telling ziphearing that I didn’t want to call back to my audiologist for the results of my most recent exam and explaining that I was only going to be in town for another 8 days before leaving on an extended vacation Zip did the following: 1. Reviewed what my audiologist had proposed and explained some of the details that I had not understood. This resulted in a change in the order to save me from ordering a feature I didn’t need. 2. Got me set up with an audiologist that ziphearing works with for the following Tuesday for another exam and fitting. The also arranged for a follow up to make sure everything worked properly. They scheduled both appts for me! 3. Got the product expressed from the manufacturer to the audiologist over the weekend. 4. Followed up with me several times by phone and email during that week and after to make sure that all was going as planned and that the service and product were as advertised. 5. Provided technical support to the audiologist to get me set up as the hearing aids had just been introduced to the market. 6. Identified an audiologist where I was relocating for the summer for free follow up visits 7. Shipped additional supplies to me to make sure I would have enough domes should I lose or wear one out during the summer. I must also mention that what I was charged for all of this was less than 50% of what my audiologist had quoted. I could not be more satisfied with my interactions, product or service. Well that not quite true, I would be more satisfied if my hearing was suddenly cured, but I doubt that will be an available product any time soon. These folks do a very thorough and professional job.

What else can I say. Title says it all, just do it. You won't be sorry.

I was on the search for affordable hearing aids and hoping to get the absolute best possible set. I visited a couple local places and was quoted outrageous prices. I reached out to ZipHearing and for the same hearing aid it was literally half of what I was quoted by other places. I was worried at first about it being an online service but it turns out they refer you to a local provider that works with them. The local provider was amazing, friendly and understanding as well. All around the whole experience was amazing, saved me a ton of money and made a high end hearing aid affordable. I also think I got competitive services as well with the batteries and warranty. They also helped me work through my insurance as well. Both ZipHearing and the local provider they set me up with totaled an AMAZING experience and I couldn’t be happier!

I was prepared to purchase hearing aids from an audiologist down the street when it occurred to me that perhaps I should check prices online and I’m glad I did. Zip Hearing not only saved me thousands of dollars, my representative, Grant Davidson, was patiently attentive. These are my first hearing aids and Grant explained the process and followed up to make certain I was I was comfortable and adapting well. The local service provider was just as patient and made certain I was completely satisfied. Zip Hearing and their service providers offer a level of customer service others can only promise. I would highly recommend Zip Hearing to my family and friends and anyone reading this review.

After having been told (from a audiologist) that I needed hearing aids and was informed of the prices for them, I wanted to investigate further the cost. While on the internet searching for hearing aids, I ran across the company ZipHearing among other companies. I investigated them further and found almost all reviews (and they were plenty) had a very good experience, and ZipHearing had a A+ rating. This company replied quickly to my questions and emails (along with a great cost savings). After speaking with Jeff from ZipHearing a couple of times I was very impressed. They also requested for me to go to a special audiologist that was located near my home to verify my hearing needs (the cost was included in the cost of the hearing aids). After verifying my hearing issues, the process started. Within five days I was back at the audiologist being fitted for the new hearing aids and explained all of the particulars of the units. Even after I went back some 10 days later and had the hearing aids checked by the audiologist, Jeff from ZipHearing called me and asked if I had any questions and if he could do anything else for me. ZipHearing (along with Jeff) is a great company and I would work with them again.

I went on-line to investigate Oticon hearing aids and came across the site for ZIPhearing. In the site was a button to contact a person. I clicked the button and within 15 minutes, Jeff was on the line. I had several questions since this would be my first hearing aids. Jeff took the time to answer my every question. I told him that my ENT doctor had suggested Costco. He said, "that's fine" but would you like an audiologist very close to where you live that will give you a free hearing test with NO obligation and if you would like to go to Costco for a comparison, that would be just fine. He suggested I call Beverly at Performance Hearing - which I did and saw her in the next few days. (Costco had a 3 week backlog.) As soon as I met Beverly, I realized that she was knowledgeable, capable and extremely professional. By the time the hearing test was over and she placed a "demo" pair of hearing aids in my ears, there was no question I didn't need to search for another audiologist. By the end of the appointment, I bought my hearing aids. It took about 4 days for my hearing aids to arrive at her office and with very little effort I learning how to insert and remove them. Bottom line - I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. My hearing aids have transformed my life thanks to ZIPhearing and Beverly at Performance Hearing. On another note, the service I received from both Jeff and Beverly certainly exceeded my expectations I would recommend them with a 10 out of 10 score!!
