ZipHearing was a great find. I was able to purchase top of the line hearing aids for $500 less than retail, plus they took my insurance which paid for almost half. Their audiologist affiliate has been great, too. I recommend ZipHearing without reservation.

As a first-time hearing aid user, I turned to ZipHearing for purchase & fitting of a pair of advanced receiver-in-canal hearing aids, and the experience has been wholly positive. By purchasing through ZipHearing I saved over $1,800 and received an additional year of warranty coverage compared to the identical hardware that my (non-ZipHearing) audiologist had recommended for me at a premium price. Prior to my making a purchase, ZipHearing coordinated an initial consultation with my local hearing center affiliated with ZipHearing. The hearing instrument specialist there reviewed my audiogram and confirmed that the recommended hearing aid was suitable for my level of hearing loss, and also offered an alternative with similar features in the same price range. The same specialist provided quality care for subsequent fitting, adjustments and follow-up for the equipment I eventually purchased. From my initial telephone inquiry through order placement, delivery, fitting, and follow-ups, I found ZipHearing’s customer service to be knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. I particularly appreciated ZipHearing’s transparency about pricing and services, and I liked dealing with the same easy-to-reach individual (Jeff) throughout the entire process. I recommend ZipHearing to anyone considering a hearing aid purchase.

My Zip Hearing experience was excellent. I purchased my aids at a discount and received local, professional, setup and adjustment as part of the package. Zip seems to care about their customers, and in improving their service wherever possible. They are open to criticism and suggestion. They checked in with me several times during my experience. After visiting a local hearing aid provider I decided to look on the internet to see if I could find the hearing aids I wanted at a better price. Wow! was I suprised to find a new model of the hearing aid I selected at a much lower price! Plus, ZipHearing works with a local company that does the hearing test, fitting and follow up visits! Additionally I have 45 days to decide if I want to return them or change to another brand, etc. My experience with Zip Hearing has been outstanding. Grant is a great person to work with. He answered all my questions and follows up to make sure I have what I need. Thanks!
