Grant and the folks at ZipHearing are quite a good group. They provided me excellent service in helping me decide on the hearing aids that I needed. They coached me through the purchase process. They hooked me up with a great local audiologist near me. I got an incredible warranty. Oh, yes. They also saved me quite a bit of money. I have recommended them to a couple of friends and I recommend them to You too.

Fantastic customer service. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I saved over 3K on my hearing aids. The provider was 80 miles away but with the saving it is a no brainer. I had just visited my all the audiologist (in the town I had just moved from) and they adjusted my 6-1/2-year-old hearing aids. They tell me that they typically only last about 6 or 7 years. They told me that a new pair of hearing aids with the latest technologies would cost around $6500. And sure enough the left hearing aid died about a month later. So I got online and started researching different hearing aids. And while I did this information appeared along with my searching on the Internet about accompany that I had never heard of, Zip Hearing. The prices they were quoting for the hearing aids I was looking at was more than 30 percent less than the retail quoted by my former audiologist. So I called Grant Davidson at Zip Hearing, and he explained (patiently, and without pressure) how the system works. He found a local (5*reviews) audiologist where I now live. He referred me there. And when we chose the hearing aids, zip hearing mailed them to my audiologist, There were no hiccups. I was looking for good hearing aids. I had seen my ENT/AUDIOLOGIST and they gave me a "special price" from an outside vendor. Only gave me 3 free visits over the 3 years after 1st 45 days. Probably around $200- each extra visit. I saw the ad for ZipHearing on Facebook and called Grant. ZipHearing gave me not only a better price for the same Phonak 70's but had a much better setup for visiting my local audiologist. 1 year of free visits and any visit over the next 2 years is $50- max. I have been wearing the Phonak 70's for over a month and am overjoyed. The testing, service and local connection to an audiologist with 38 years in the business could not be better. We even exchanged the Phonak 70 for RT-70 that connects to Tele Coils. No charge for the exchange. Grant called to see if I was satisfied with everything. I work in sales and this is the proper way to do things For price, service and quality I highly recommend ZipHearing.
