I had a great experience with Ziphearing. First, you can’t beat their prices. But they also have great customer service. Grant immediately put me in touch with a great audiologist and within days I had a new (and better) hearing aid. Grant even called to follow up a couple days later. All this happened in a week where my regular ear doctor didn’t return my call.

Working with ZipHearing and particularly Grant Davidson was a great experience- easy with no glitches. Grant was a pleasure to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He readily coordinated my involvement with a local audiology practice where the staff is professional and well-skilled in their field. Particularly impressive is that Grant has continued to follow-up with me to check on my experience with the audiology practice and my experience with the hearing aids. I am so very grateful for finding ZipHearing online. After a very poor experience by a nationally known hearing center referred by my medical provider, I went in search for anyone who could give this first-time hearing aid wearer a better experience. I have been using OTC hearing aids for several years, but my hearing loss is now at a point where they were no longer effective. I had tried nearby audiologists but was not satisfied with both service and pricing. Jeff provided great pricing and then referred me a very patient, well qualified audiologist. With her assistance and support from ZipHearing, we found the best solution for my hearing loss.

I purchased Phonak hearing aids from ZipHearing. ZipHearing set up a hearing evaluation with a local audiologist which recommended bi-cross hearing aids since I have virtually no hearing in one ear. Grant, the local representative, with ZipHearing was able to offer pricing on the hearing aids which was very competitive pricing. The hearing aids arrived at the audiologist within a week of ordering. I initially order battery-powered hearing aids which did not provide power for a full day. I contacted the ZipHearing representative and he replaced them with regular battery-powered hearing aids. Overall, I have been very pleased with ZipHearing in terms of pricing and customer service and would highly recommend them.

I can highly recommend ZipHearing. When I made my first inquiry, they responded quickly as they advertised. They saved me $2000 on my purchase price. I have had occasion to request services after my purchase. I have been most impressed with their same quick responses to my requests.
