Zip Hearing was wonderful to work with! MUCH better pricing for the same quality hearing aids (and in most cases, the SAME hearing aids) as other places I looked at. They were very responsive and helpful. They explained the process, gave me my options, etc. All I had to do was show up at the hearing aid facility. If you're looking for quality hearing aids and an affordable price, and want a company that makes the whole process very simple, Zip Hearing is the way to go!

Zip has been fantastic! Jeff in particular was so helpful, easy to work with and max communication. I have had an outstanding and positive experience with Zip!!! Jeff is a great customer service rep and took the time to help me navigate the system to obtain hearing aids. Hearing aids are very expensive and Zip provides the means to purchase hearing aids at a lower cost than hearing aid offices. I highly recommend using Zip for great service and financial savings!
