August 31, 2022 I am writing you to express my acknowledgement for your outstanding company. In this day of “customer service” one can only hope that the experience will meet expectations. Unfortunately, most often I have found this not to be the case. This is especially true in my experiences when dealing with “internet” providers and offshore companies. Having never owned or used hearing aids I had the pleasure of dealing directly with Jeff Hall on more than one occasion. Not only was there a “substantial” savings but his vast subject knowledge and prompt response allowed me to choose the correct product for my situation. He underscores and clearly defines what premier customer service is and should be. His attention to detail and most importantly his follow through clearly sets ZIPHearing apart from others. His excellent people skills are something that I have found to be lacking in my other experiences with other online providers. From initial inquiry to final fitting by an extremely local professional audiologist the process was seamless.
