ZipHearingReviews of ziphearing.com

Zip Hearing has been an incredible experience for me, a first-time hearing aid purchaser. They understand the concept of customer service and deliver it efficiently and professionally. My contact, Grant Davidson, was friendly, informative, cooperative, etc while serving a neophyte who changed his mind a number of times during the process. I highly recommend Zip Hearing to anyone looking for a comprehensive hearing aid vendor at significantly reduced prices compared to purchasing them through private hearing aid professsionas.

I have worn hearing aids for 9 years and recently needed to replace the aids I have been wearing. Because I knew there had been significant improvements in hearing aids since my last purchase, I did a great deal of online research on the different models and providers. I actually came across Zip Hearing by accident. I had been looking at two other online providers when I discovered Zip's website. After reading several reviews which noted the excellent customer service, I decided to give them a try. When I contacted them, I found the customer service representative that I spoke with very knowledgeable of their products and addressed all my questions completely. The representative set up an appointment for me with a local audiologist. The audioogist was very thorough and definitely concerned that I got the right hearing aids for my needs. Even though I was pleased with the conversation I had with Zip Hearing, I continued to do some more research and comparison with other providers online to ensure I had the best source for my needs. After a couple of days I came back to Zip and placed my order. They immediately processed the purchase. I met with the audiologist about 10 days later to be fitted with my new hearing aids. I probably could have set it up earlier, but I knew I would be out of town for 5 days. I am very pleased with my new hearing aids. The technology is so much better than my previous aids. Zip Hearing made this process very easy, and the price I paid was very competitive. I am happy I chose Zip Hearing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for hearing aids.

A real pleasure dealing with people who want to take care of all of my hearing needs. I would highly recommend them when whenever you might need hearing aids. Process was so simple and easy to complete.

The experience of purchasing hearing aids was made so much more pleasant in dealing with Grant. I contacted him several times and he was always helpful and never high pressure. ZipHearing saved me $3500. on the purchase of my new Phonak hearing aids. Am I happy? You bet!

I discovered ZipHearing just as I was about to purchase hearing aids from an independent audiologist. I ended up saving $2200 on the EXACT same hearing aids and included service. More than that, the local ZipHearing provider that I was referred to is GREAT!!! I received one of the most comprehensive hearing tests in the 24 years I've been wearing hearing aids. I cannot say enough good things. So very thankful that I discovered them when I did.

Zip hearing is the business model all businesses should replicate. Very friendly and personal, professional, knowledgeable and huge discounts over the stores. This is my second pair. They even handle the insurance claims and appeals. Jeff and Marissa are truly exceptional 👏

Following my purchase of Resound Hearing Aids at a great price I received the highest quality support from their Audiologist. Subsequently I relocated to a different state and when 6 months later as required both the origional Audiologist and the fine folks at Zip rendered support as needed. Zip then referred me to a nearby hearing aid specialist for future follow up. Five stars just doesn't say enough. Thanks Zip

I had a wonderful experience working with ZipHearing. Jeff is caring, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He immediately connected me with a local audiologist and followed up appropriately. He paid attention to my needs and answered my MANY questions. I whole-heartedly recommend ZipHearing and look forward to working with the company again soon!
