Battery life is very inconsistent. replacing more often than every 5 days Batteries disengaged before going to bed.

Hi Herb, Real sorry to hear of the battery life issue. We're going to mail you out an extra 80 batteries today at no charge. Needing a hearing aid is one thing but then trying to narrow the selection from hundreds of products is really challenging. Pricing is another concern. ZipHearing's Jeff Hall was wonderful and helped us differentiate between brands, determine what features would be helpful and most importantly put us in touch with a local hearing specialist who also has been great. Configuring any hearing aid is critical and cannot be done remotely so make sure you are working with a professional you can trust. For the top of the line Signia hearing aid ZipHearing's price was great.

On my 30th day with new hearing aids. Had issue with left ear on second visit, tech adjusted hearing aids. I left on two week trip and stilling having trouble with left hearing aid. Went back today August 8th, turned out it was the stem on the left hearing aid needed replacing. Now I can hear out of left aid. Maybe I didn't explain the problem clearly. I got in very fast each time. No waiting and staff very polite and knowledgeable.
