Easy and convenient to navigate
Easy and convenient without a bunch of red tape or automated customer service. The Provider just asked the basic questions and prescription was approved within the hour.

4 year old prescription better than Zip
EDIT: Their customer service is great and I'm satisfied everything is resolved. "I used a 4 year old prescription from Walgreens and was rock hard. I used a two week old prescription from Zip Health and NOTHING!"

Well I had to reorder
Well I had to reorder. I didn’t realize I still needed to go through the prescription questions again. However, it was real easy and fast as my previous answers were available and nothing had changed. I actually upped my order now that I trust the company and the medication quality. Everything was straightforward and easy and took minimal time.
