I love the concept and the customer service is amazing. My first order was lost by the post office. I could track it and it made it to my town and then disappeared for a couple of days and just said "delayed". I know it wasn't their fault, but it wasn't mine either and I was so uncomfy. I reached out and explained what happened and they overnighted my Rx at no charge to me. I'm so thankful. The original shipment never arrived so I'm glad I didn't wait any longer. I'll definitely use this service again if I need it.
