Website is easy to use and ordering was simple. The only issue I had is the main page to reorder states I will enter my dose for the next shipment at the end of my re-order. I was never prompted to enter my dose increase for my next order.

Ziphealth is a good communicator, they make sure you know that order has processed, when it has shipped etc. Ordering is easy all by your phone or IPad. You do not have to speak with anyone you just follow instructions via text and email.
