I spent over $250 to go to a new Dr after moving and they just referred me out for various things. This was a discounted price after going through insurance. I think it would have been $500 without insurance. All I really needed from them was a prescription for sumatriptan that I’ve been on for over a decade for my migraines. They wouldn’t send in a new prescription until I needed it. This made no sense to me. When it came time to ordering it took a week for them to send it into the pharmacy. Being able to go online and fill out a form with my medical history and info and get enough to last months, if not a year, for around $100 is unreal. I’m thankful I found this place. I’ve shared it with my sister as well and will keep sharing to anyone I meet who suffers from migraines. I’m now googling all options for other types of medical care because I’m done with traditional western medicine.

I am so very thankful that zip health offers this service, as I don't have insurance coverage and this medicine is the only thing that stops the migraine and symptoms that it come with it. Thanks to zip health, I no longer have to fear losing hours at work, or missing out on time with my loved ones. I love that it can all be done online and is affordable for me. I don't drive so this helps me out a lot. I like that I get an email with the prescribing doctors information. The box it comes in doesn't have a sticker or any paperwork like the pharmacy normally would give, so I was curious at first how you would show proof of prescription if you ever needed. The customer service is quick to respond, I had an issue withy first order, it charged my card twice but I only got one confirmation order, so I contacted them, and they quickly responded and assured me that I was only being charged and sent one order. I sent that email to my bank and had my money back in my account very quickly thanks to how fast zip health customer support was able to clear that up. my package arrived a day earlier than expected.
