In working with Ziphealth and ordering from them today. I found the customer care center to be very helpful and PROMPT with all information and keeping me informed about my order status.

Easy questionnaire and ordering process.

In the past I have used Zip Health for my online doctors needs four special prescriptions. I’ve always had nothing but excellent service and great communication from their team. I recently ordered a refill prescription and somehow or another I had the wrong address in the system. I reached out to Zip health through an email and lo and behold within just a few hours this very very nice person by the name of Alyssa responded to me so quickly I couldn’t believe it. She was so nice to me! I would highly recommend Zip Health to anyone and everyone I know for their needs. A great Big thank you again to Alyssa for her kindness and help. Greg
