The price is good, the quality is good and it saves time

Set up email order tracking reminders for missing items to complete order. For example, a reminder email should have been sent out within 5 days of order intake alerting customer of missing 2nd ID verification (ie Selfie) I had to initiate an inquiry as to why my order was not processed and then was told nearly 10 days after the placing & paying for the order there was a problem.

ZipHealth is straight forward and easy to use. I am disappointed though that on my second order they limited me to a 30 day prescription instead of a 90 day. This will triple the shipping cost for me and make the process timely and less of a good deal.

Good service just a bit to pricey.
