I'm a very skeptical person so when it came to the idea of an easy online Doctor visit I thought there's no way It could be that convenient. I was wrong, Ziphealth was top notch across the board from communication to Delivery everything was smooth and simple. I recommend them to anyone that needs help with a service they provide, give them a shot and you'll be surprised how convenient the process is.

I had some issues with the website. I expected a better experience since I am already a customer. Your site told me to call in. Immediately, I thought I’d never get a live person on the phone. However, it was quite the opposite. I called in, your rep picked up the phone literally on the second ring, at a late hour in the east coast, with a happy tone. He solved my issue almost immediately. I was blown away. Not only was he doing his job by picking up the phone as soon as he could, he was kind, and understanding of the situation. Not once did he out down the company or website, he helped solve the problem. I called in with a tone. He completely turned that tone around. I have been in the mortgage industry for 20 years, most of that time I worked in a call center. So I know how hard it is to almost keep a happy tone. I will be referring everyone I know that likes better sex to go to your company… Superior product that just makes sex more intense. The price is great, and the customer service was out of this world. Full disclosure, I’d listen to the phone call, watch how he was able to build repor with me, and assure I’ll come back, people like your rep don’t work for bad companies. You’re lucky to have him.
