You should shorten the number of questions on renewals. I seem to have had to answer the same questions as a new prescriber. Might think of having a my conditions, health and medications have not changed from the previous refill. Otherwise, quite an easy process. Thanks for providing this online service.

Excellent customer service

Good service other than the shippimg cost. Next day delivery was not. 36 bucks and only a day or two faster than USPS.

So far, so good. I received very quickly the Sildenafil that I ordered. It is very complicated getting my own US doctor to prescribe enough Sildennafil; but Ziphealth was easy and was the right medicine for a two or three month supply at once. It is cheaper at Walmart using GoodRX with my own doctor's prescription; than Ziphealth which is more expensive; so only 4 stars. It is also cheaper in Mexico; but this is the right "blue" stuff from California. The problem with my doctor (Walmart and GoodRX) is that he refuses to prescribe enough pills. After Covid, I will travel more to Mexico and pick up several month's supply at once. If Ziphealth wants to compete with Walmart and GoodRX, they need to lower their prices.
