I have been using a product for Ziphealth with great results. When I reordered I received the product but it was made by a different supplier and I did not have the same great results. I contacted Ziphealth and explained my problem and they were as helpful as they could possible have been. They let me try another brand ( the product I have been using is no longer available ) and try to find one that will work for me! What else could you ask for!

So far my experience has been exceptional. There was an issue with my first order and they immediately explained the possiblity why that happened and they immediately fixed the issue. Customer service was also exceptional.
