I ORDERED MY WATCH EXPECTING TO SEE IT IN A WEEK OR SO, AS THEY SAY IT WILL BE SHIPPED FROM FACILITY IN OHIO 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS, AFTER MANY E-MAILS SAYING IT WILL BE SHIPPED NEXT WEEK OR NEXT MONDAY AND WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER, NEVER HAPPENED IT FINALLY SHOWED UP 2 MONTHS FROM CHINA ! THEIR 3033 WILSHIRE BLVD , IN LOS ANGELES IS PENTHOUSE AND APARTMENTS IN KOREATOWN THEIR ADDRESS IN GENEVA, SWITZERLAND IS A TAX HAVEN FOR ALMOST 500,000 OFFSHORE ENTITIES. IT'S PART OF SOME- THING CALLED PANAMA PAPERS !

I ordered the original blade watch and wore it daily until the glass cap on top of the watch came off. I contacted Zinvo with this issue, it gave me the address to ship my watch to Boston. Afterwards, I never receive anything from Zinvo. I'm so upset about being ripped off!! Do not trust this company EVER!!!!!

Very bad News! My son ordered the watch on 12/08/2017 for Christmas as they promised to deliver within 5-7 working days. Till today, 01/08/2018, no watch delivered. I wrote severeal emails and I did not get any reply to my questions and inquiries! Looks like the model: Send money and we will forget everything! No reaction from service@..., distribution@ or info@.. This is a blame!

This is the worst experience I ever have had with any online purchase for any company EVER. I placed my order on the 7/7/2017 with order number GB1016, had one reply to my initial email that a manager will be looking into my query and getting back to me. NOBODY from the company has got back to me, NOBODY will reply to emails and no contact number is available to speak to this company. The watch looks amazing however I feel that this company is fast to take your money and has no support for the customer once this happens and very clearly seems like a SCAM. I will be asking my bank to recover the money from ZINVO as now we are on 6 months and still no product. STAY AWAY

So angry and disappointed! After covering the Zinvo blade for over a year my wife kindly purchased as a Christmas gift. Her money was taken immediately but three weeks later we have no watch and nobody from Zinvo is responding to emails or social media enquiries. Like many who have reviewed, I fear we are being ripped off! Is this a legitimate company and a real product? If so, their customer service is truly shocking. If not then they are scammers taking advantage of decent, honest, hard-working people. If anyone from Zinvo is reading this review, which I doubt, I would like to receive my order or a full refund immediately.

J'ai commandé le 3 décembre; Depuis (19 déc aujourd'hui), pas de nouvelle, pas de réponse à mes mails, pas de réponse à mes relances, pas de numéro de téléphone pour contacter le service commercial. A eviter absolument.

Grosse arnaque!
