Fantastic watch, I have been getting compliments on it from all of my coworkers since I put it on! Highly recommend.

So i had read horror stories on this site and youtube and was aprehensive about ordering a watch from this company but i did not share the same experience as others. I ordered the phantom blade last thursday and was under the impression i would have to send a mass email to the customer service reps that had been commenting on previous posts here yet its only wednesday and i am wearing my watch as we speak. I recieved a text monday statimg that my watch had shipped from FL and it arrived in AZ today. I feel like this company is maybe getting caught up on shipments or they have recieved enough bad publicity that they are finally doing something about it. Regardless, i am happy and i felt the need to write this review because of how petrified i was in giving this company a shot but i am glad i did. As others have mentioned the band feels a little cheap but i love the look and style and if your intetested in this watch i recommend you give the company a chance :) i promise i was not paid to write this LOL

I received my watch and I couldn't be happier! The design and fit was everything that I wanted in a daily watch and I'll definitely be buying more for my family this coming Christmas. Their customer service was great and they took care of my order and I received it in a timely manner.

I had not won a watch in many years but ended up wanting to get one for the office. After reading several Zinvo reviews, I decided to order one but was worried about the consistent reviews that their customer service stunk with watches taking months to be delivered. My questions to their customer service staff were answered immediately though, and I placed an order. I ordered the watch on Sunday and it was delivered Friday. The watch has been great. I replaced the band with a distressed brown leather one (they could have more band options) and wear the watch to work every day. It has gotten a number of compliments - it is very eye catching, and is reliable. It's a great watch at a good price - no complaints.

Awesome product from a great company! Their watches are unique and attract attention. It is a life style choice and definitely the right one. I have 5 different Zinvo watches and it has always been a pleasure to deal with their team. Definitely recommend!

Je reviens sur mon avis publié le 17/12/17. Après 3 mois d'attente, j'ai enfin reçu ma Zinvo Blade en carbone... Elle est splendide !! Donc, je pense que Zinvo a été dépassée par son succès et que l'entreprise n'a pas été capable de suivre les cadences de production ni d'assurer un contact client suffisant... Depuis, j'ai eu un mail personnel de Borys Khudomaka, son patron ainsi qu'un suivi constant par Kristina, que je remercie ! Soyez donc patient, j'avais dit que l'entreprise était une arnaque, ce n'est absolument pas le cas et je recommanderai à nouveau (c'est déjà ma 2nde Zinvo en 3 ans), la gamme s'étant très fortement élargie. Je souhaite un beau développement de l'entreprise au service de ses clients !
