Today I recived my watch after waiting about a month, the watch itself is beautiful. But contacting Zinvo by mail etc. is hopeless. I was going to give up my hope to these guys and accept that I’ve been scammed but today I got it and now I’m happy. So for you who just bought your watch and is scared because the other reviews, have some faith. It will arrive sooner or later.

It took over a month to get my order in...was losing hope & customer service needs a lot of work. However, the watch is nice.

I ordered a watch late last year for a birthday present for my boyfriend. When it arrived it was everything I had hoped it would be. My boyfriend loved it! There were some bumps along the way but the customer service team at ZINVO really helped me get through it. I had been dealing with Kristina and she made sure that I was happy and satisfied with my order. Even months after receiving my order, Kristina made sure to check in and make sure everything was perfect.

Finally along waiting Onyx is here! I love everything about it, quality is way higher than expected from the watch for $250. Zinvo took a while to ship and at first they shipped the wrong watch (Fusion) and it took a while to replace it and get the right one. At the end of the day, I am a happy customer, just hate to wait. I get a lot of compliments on my ZINVO

I love my Zinvo Watch! I fell in love with it the first time I seen it in person and I just had to have it. I love the quality and the build of the watch but the delivery time took too long. 2 Weeks! But it was worth the long wait.

Delivery takes long to be honest, but I think it's mostly the problem of the local postal service. Can't blame Zinvo for that. So, what can I say. Modern stylish watches. The good thing that you can't find something like that in every retail store. Not like Rolex, especially if you remember the price of the Rolex ;) Overall it's very good. Why 4 out 5? I have my dream model and only this can be 5 out 5. But, can't afford it at the moment.

I placed an order with Zinvo on the 18th of June. I have yet to receive any shipping confirmation. I've been doing a lot of reading on your company and have been seeing a lot of not so good stuff. I have spoken to at least a dozen people who have placed orders with Zinvo over a month ago and have yet to receive their watches nor even a shipping confirmation. Many have said they have reached out and demanded a refund and have been ignored. I hope this is not going to be the deal with me. Ok, just an update. I received my watch today in the mail. So not too happy with the wait, June 18th to July 10th. But so far, worth the wait. Came in a nice durable eco friendly packaging. The quality of the watch seems to be fairly nice. Movement is pretty clean. Over all looks good on my wrist. O and the straps. Very comfortable, durable and the quality seems to be rather nice. All in all, good watch for the money. We shall see how it performs. Thanks Zinvo for responding to my emails.
