After a bit of a shaky start and lack of correspondence from the European branch, I was contacted by a member of Zinvo US. I have received the watch which is really very nice and can say that the customer service I had was a massive improvement. The watch was shipped very quickly and I was kept up to datebwith progress. The watch itself is a lovely item and was worth the wait. It feels solid and robust and looks lovely with the unique design.

hey guys, i got a reply from their management and they responded with an updated tracker in 2 days and now my watch is in transit, cant wait to see it and try it on. will keep you posted when i receive it.

Was excited to get my Fusion (top of the line blade) but there was a slight delay in shipping. Jennifer was very information and always in touch with updates. Fusion finally arrived. I didn't mind waiting this watch is well worth it. Seems like it should be $1000+ but in fact I only paid $260. Very impressive!

It was a great experience especially the customer service ( Jennifer) but the only problem is there is no option for canceling the order

**Update** I was contacted by Zinvo after my initial review. The rep was professional and sympathetic to my issue. He ensured me that my watch would be sent out within two days. His word was bond. I received my watch in perfect condition. The pictures online don't do it justice. It is a beautiful piece. I purchased the "Venom". As a consolation for my troubles, I was sent an extra wrist band from the "Phantom". I am now a happy customer. I have purchased many watches in the past. From Rolex to Longine Wittnauer to Movado. The Zinvo has gotten more comments and questions than all the others put together. I didn't understand that you have to wear the watch to activate the automatic winding feature. I went back and read the manual and now I am good to go. I have changed my rating and review. Hopefully going forward I can build my collection with the other Blade models. Je réédite mon avis de Septembre 2017 ou j’ai du attendre 6 mois que ma montre arrive. L’entreprise Zinvo a été reprise en main et j’ai bien reçu ma montre malgré le temps d’attente.En soi, la qualité du produit est excellente je suis ravi !
