ZINVOReviews of zinvowatches.com

This company appears to be a SCAM. I placed an order on December 1, 2020, that was supposed to ship within 48 business hours, two weeks later it hasn't even shipped. Emails are ignored, phone number on the website goes to a voice mailbox that hasn't been set up, and the phone number on the google listing gets forwarded to another voicemail without even a company greeting, and even the Chat feature on the website is ignored.

Worst customer service ever Never ship the order and never reply to messages And a fake phone number!!!!

Click on the one-star reviews, and what do you see? My story. Zinvowatches has been sitting on my order for 3 weeks. They have charged my credit card. A certain Vitor even wrote me asking what would drive me to complete my order... Except I already had, and they can't *even* track that... They seem to be a total failure at ebusiness. No reply to the 3 inquiries made. And look at how they stopped caring about people indicating their order to leave them some room to fix things...

I have purchased a watch from Zinvo few days ago, but there is no movement or any indication of order processing. Trying to communicate with them, but unfortunately no response from them at all :( After reviewing the comments here, noticed that all positive reviews are from India and they push bad reviews down in the listing, very few are from US :) will wait to see what will happen with my order. Next few days ......

Bought blade watches with a 30% discount , and now fedex asked me to pay import duty 42£ , if I knew that’s gonna happen ....

Poor watch quality, blade's disk broke in 1 week (wore it like 4 times), shipped it back to their HQ for replacement since march and it has been more than 3 months now without any feedback from services. They don't answer phone calls or emails too.

Ya know what would’ve been great to have on Christmas? The Zinvo Carbon Leather watch strap I ordered at the beginning of October (it’s Christmas Day) that I have still yet to receive any compensation for. This company steals from people. Horrible business ethics. Will never shop from them again.

I placed my order on December the 6th. Money was gone in 3 days. After a few emails asking for shipment data, they responded saying the watch would be send this week. Nothing yet. There also isn't a way to cancel the order and request the money to be returned because no one answers the phone... Has anyone an idea what to do? I'm living in Germany. My order number is #15625 and it was supposed to be the fulfillment of a very special persons wish this Christmas.
