Hello, I placed an order on 26/07/19 & all I received was an acknowledgment of the order. No shipping information even today which is 31/07/2019. (payment charged to my credit card - which is successful) On the website, it says you will get an update up to 48 hours on the order for shipping and still got nothing. My order #14521. Can anyone send me tracking information on this order? I have emailed a few emails to follow up with no response. It meant to be a birthday present, I hope it is on time... Solid feel to watch looks great and works well.

Everything about the watch is amazing. From the design to the mechanism. The only issue is the toughness of the leather strap. I do understand that it will become softer after some time. Yet its very difficult and uncomfortable to use it to the first couple of times. Over all, great gift and very high quality product.

I've edited my initial review as my issue has now been resolved. I initially placed an order back in November which had a few problems as it got lost and never arrived (Fedex lost it), but all is resolved now and I have now recieved my order with thanks to Katie. I'm super impressed with these watches! They really stand out and look unique. I'll defintley be ordering some more.
