I have made multiple attempts by email and website messages regarding a warranty claim and no response. Not Happy.

I am completely dissatisfied with my purchase and customer service. It has now been over six months, no response to my e-mails, and phone calls go straight to voicemail. Completely unsatisfactory in customer service, and it feels like they're stealing my money. I purchased a fully customized watch back in January this year, over $500.00 spent, with no watch and full lack of response and care. I am not happy. I was looking forward to receiving my watch, but now I just want my money back since I have not received a thing. Someone please help!!!!! I am tired of losing money, most especially with everything being more expensive these days.

Worst customer service...and i literally buy watches monthly if not more. From high end sites to cheap fashion models like this one. Without a doubt the worst. Fedex lost my watch...they conned me into buying their protection program then just ignored me. A couple people told me theyre made like crap anyway.. but for me a company should not even exist in 2022 with this kind of service...skip this brand...there are so many better made cheap fashion watch models with better press reps and service. Spread the word...i know i will!!!!

They took my money and then no response. Their phone numbers are all cellular numbers and always go straight to voicemail. They will not return emails at all.

Здравствуйте перед отлётом в другую страну порвался ремешок на часах,решил сразу заказать ваш фирменный на сайте,сделал заказ и вот уже второй день никто со мной не связывается.хотя было написано что в скором времени со мной свяжутся по поводу заказа,так же писал в Инстаграм но обратной связи со мной не произошло((((

Zinvo is scam and fake company. They have fake phone number and messengers. Just check it out for yourself. They will withdraw money from your account and will not ship anything. Think very carefully and study the bad (one star) reviews before placing an order with them. And in this case, you will be able to make the right choice. P.S. Please note how real negative reviews about this company are multiplying. Just click the Bad Reviews button and you will see the real facts and real state of affairs. Don't be fooled.

Update on 02.09.2021: till today, september 2021, from october 2019, I have nothing - no watch, no money. Never use and connect with ZINVO. It’s the deceiver company. You will pay money and will never get your order. All your e-mails and messages will be unanswered. You will not be able to phone them, because they have only autoresponder on the line. Never pay money to zinvo. You will lose the money and can’t return them. And don’t take into account five-stars feedbacks. It’s as well fake feedbacks as fake company zinvo. My order #14925, total amount 332 USD, paid on October 05, 2019.

Worst watch i have seen in my life very bad service the company is doing scam no customer service and all I recommended not to buy anything from these company
