I have bought a watch from them one month ago order number 1014. I'm trying to contact them some times they answer and they continue to procrastinate on shipping my order really I'm fed up with them. I believe that customers who had a bad experience with zinvo company can write a report explaining their issue with them. So, I will submit my complaint to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) this organization is very strict with this kind of companies .

So just to let everyone know that this company is a total fake. There has been so many bad reviews that have been posted online about their delivery experiences. but the thing is, they know they're constantly mistaken cause they keep deleting other people's angry comments on all social media accounts as well as online reviews. If this watch shop had a small sense of decency and wanted to keep up their name of being a classic vintage must-have watches. the first thing they should do is take care of their customer services. Even if that means resulting in losses over a few shipping mishaps. I know a case that has ordered a watch AROUND A YEAR AGO and until now has been going back and forth with the stupid shop to get their watch to which they paid hefty money for. But they keep insisting on making him pay for the shipping returns - ESPECIALLY AFTER DELIVERING THE WRONG WATCH. Let me just say this. If you, Zinvo, do not address my friends inquiry in the nicest, most professional possible way :) - ENSURE your website will be reported and shut down within the next 24-48 hours. a Have a lovely day

The most horrible customer service I have dealt with. I want everyone to know how fake they are. They write their own positive reviews so people keep buying. 6 months of waiting to return the WRONG watch they sent. Constant lies by email, reaching more than 89 emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE FRAUDS ----------- You have my order number. You have had it for almost 8 months now. This is just to show everybody how much of a BS customer service you guys are. You emailed me this morning again saying that my shipping label AGAIN will take 48 hours and this has been going on for months. I will make sure everybody knows your foolish schemes. If you were to actually give me a refund you would have given it 5 months ago when you first send the wrong watch and don't you dare tell what my order number is.

Totally incompetent people!! 8 month to receive a watch, and nothing! 2 "attempts" of shipping, but between wrong name or wrong address, or being like a ping-pong ball between Offices of Exchange, because they couldn't get in touch with Zinvo to confirm name and address didn't get nothing! Changed already hundreds of e-emails and Messenger chats! Now that I asked for a completely refund, NO ONE answer me! Totally don't advise ZINVO! I think that I'll never get my money back! Sick of this! ----- edit, to reply your reply: 1st time YOU did a wrong name , YOU call me Koukos Georgios (no offence Mr Georgios - if you read this) 2nd time, if YOU could read or do copy/paste, YOU should be able to send it to Luxembourg, my residence! I made the order a long time ago and I still haven't receive my watch yet. They don't take no phone calls, I can only contact them by email which is absurd. I haven't received any shipped confirmation,order #8212.

Zinvo is only scamming people we order two watches we never get them we ask for refund we never get that back either avoid ZINVO this company is a fraud!!! Totally a Fraud Help us on reporting this company to FTC all the bad comments that Everyone place on FB are erased or blocked report this company to FTC. I tried to contact the costumer service many times after making the order and after I received the watch, and no one wrote me back! Very disappointed! UPDATED! Thanks for the reply but you didn't answer my question. I didn't write the review because of the delivery! I was reaching out minutes after placing the order to inform you that I selected the wrong watch by accident. I have not received an email back. I sent another email after a week and no one wrote back. I even tried to contacted you guys through instgram and no response. So shouldn't your customer service at least right back to me after emailing you guys countless times??? You guys respond when someone writes a review but not when someone emailing you guys directly?!

WORST COMPANY EVER. I placed my order back in March. After waiting for more than 2 months with no tracking number and reading all the bad reviews and comments, I had to call my credit card to report them for Fraud. After 4 month they sent me an email with the tracking number and the package was delivery 2 days later. Sent email to the company, since they do not answer the phone to let them know I don't want their dollar store watch. I am not even going to open the box. Is going back today. If you go to their Instagram and FaceBook page they only have few comments, because they delete any negative comments. I will definitely file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Found Address on the package because they do not have any Contact Information on their Website .
