I'm waiting for a refund since 5 months now. Every time a manager should contact me but I never heared something. After about 20 emails and no response i havent received my refund.

1) I have still not received my watch and no body will contact me back they have blocked me off instergram as they seem to not like any bad publicity while they are ripping people off! 2) despite numerous emails and very few replys from zinvo there is still no watch on its way to me how ever many fake promises and excuses they make up! Do not order form this company they will take your money and you WILL NOT RECIVE a watch it's a fake scamming company. That are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! The watch I purchased in august was never delivered and zinvo have stoped replying to my emails this company are con artists do not buy anything from them and make sure no body else loses any money to these SCAMERS!

Warning !!! never buy anything from them !! they have took the money from my bank promised me over the months that they will ship my order soon . what did I get in the end ?? they blocked me everywhere so now I cant contact them . But what I have done before zinvo deleted all bad comments I have copied and did screenshot of the all bad comments people has complained and I have wrote a letter and all this screenshot goes to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) this organization is very strict with this kind of companies .. I will make sure this company will get into trouble and will pay compensation .

Order number 1013 Very poor indeed. I ordered my watch mid july a month later still waiting with know real information to guarantee i will actually receive my order having paid out already. A month has gone still waiting now ive asked for a refund having run out of patience which is a real shame cause i really wanted this watch. A week has passed and its the same pattern as before back and fourth trying too get a inch of progress. Dragging their feet... jist so long its a bloody joke. They reply back to me with the same answers yet nothing gets done. PLEASE PLEASE CAN U PULL YOUR FINGERS OUT AND GIVE ME A REFUND! PS. Like everyother angry customer Ill also be reporting this company to the FTC. I want my refund zinvo watches!

Still Waiting for REFUND - 5 months on!! I have had the most awful customer experience with Zinvo, I would urge anyone to avoid purchasing from this company. I ordered my watch which was a Blade Phantom at a cost of €289 in April 2017, unfortunately when I received it - it did not meet my expectations and in my opinion the build quality was not great. I contacted customer services and quoted my order number which was #2268 and was asked to return it to their warehouse in Los Angeles at a cost of £20! which was out of my own pocket! I was assured that once the watch was received I would get a full refund. However it is now almost september and I still havent received a penny from Zinvo. I have a chain of about 54 emails in my inbox which is me constantly chasing them up and asking for an update on my refund! And everytime they give me a stupid excuse and nothing happens! This company is no good for customer service - I would advise against purchasing their products!

Hi All, I have had the most tiring and frustrating experience of my life dealing with ZINVO since the past 4 months. Yes, that's right, FOUR MONTHS. Placed the order on April 13th, the watch gets delivered in the last week of june or early July after being promised FAKE 7 day delivery timelines twice. I returned the product as I did not like it and my excitement to wear it completely died out due to the horrific experience and I was hoping that the return process will be smooth and easy and will make up for all the nonsense. BUT NOOO...!! its been over a month since I have sent the watch back and the last email I received from their account manager over a week ago was "our manager has not yet responded" and they have not responded to my numerous emails ever since. ZINVO, I recommended you to my friends and I solely regret it. I don't want them to go through this horror. If you are genuine and have basic business integrity, you will return my money back. My order number is 7572. I know I sound harsh. Apologies. but I am just super frustrated.

This company is a total fake. I ordered my watch a year a ago and nothing arrived. ONLY a strap that I ordered separate from the watch. Sent loads of emails. Just in case Zinvo watches read this. My order #1862. They have no phone number and all the distributor numbers don't pick up. Zinvo if you are a true company and have a good product. Send me your phone number and send my order or give me my money back In reply please read my review which has the order #1862.let me know when my watch will be delivered . I would give them a 0 if I could. This company is 100% fraudlent. I have no idea how they are still in business. Placed an order for a Fathers Day gift and chose next day delivery. Nothing showed up. Chased them up about it and they said they would refund the shipping fee I paid. Got that refunded. Then 4 weeks go by with each week I chase them via the Facebook page, they keep saying it'll be out by the end of the week. Then they told me one day I would have tracking within 24 hours. Guess what? No tracking. Chased them again threatening to file an indemnity to reverse the payment I made unless they refunded me.They told me a manager would contact me and absolutely no one did. Chased them AGAIN! and still they said the refund would be processed within 5 business days....3 weeks later...no refund. I had to get my bank to reverse the payment just so I could get my money back. Guys...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! IF you have placed an order already and it hasn't shipped, cancel it ASAP. You won't get anything. They are frauds and crooks!! I'm warning you again, stay away, DO NOT BUY FROM ZINVO unless you want to lose your money! EDIT 10/08/2017 22:41: So they have the audacity to reply to my review below!!! And they can't even be bothered to answer messages or phone calls! You have no one under the name Khal Jahromi! LOL!!! It's literally one of the most unique names in the world and you don't have a system that allowance you to search by first or last name! Haha! All for show!!! Making it like a customer doesn't even exist. Zinvo, stop trying to act like you're a legitimate company by replying to reviews posted publicly on the internet! Use your initiative and contact the customers directly! I find it amazing how you reply to my review here but didn't even email me or message me regarding the issue. It's easy enough to say "sorry for the inconvenience" and "I'm terribly sorry". It's a load of b****cks!!! I will be doing everything in my power to ensure you're no longer able to trade. I noticed another review below saying he is reporting you to the FTC. I'll also be submitting a report and reporting you to FOS and OFT. You're crooks. End of.
