Hello *KFC Armored*. Thanks for taking the time to review us and sorry to hear that you are having challenges reading your magazine. Normally as soon as you are charged for a magazine you can download instantly. If this is not the case within 3-5 business days we aim to have the magazine fixed. Obviously this is not what you are experiencing, please contact us asking to be escalated to Tier 2 so we can investigate what has gone wrong and get this fixed for you as soon as possible. Hi Wayne, thanks for taking time out of your day to review us. The good news is that we have a download queuing system in iOS, so you can stack up magazines and they should download one after the other. If this is not working correctly it generally indicates that one of the magazines you are trying to download has a technical issue and is "blocking" the download queue, this or there is a problem with the internet connection. Our first line team have already tested this on your account reviewing random magazines and have not been able to reproduce the same issue. You case has automatically been escalated to second line technical team to investigate further please reply with the technical information of the device and the magazine names/issues which you are having the problem with. These questions may seem irrelevant however they are necessary to further investigate this issue. Please reply to the current email chain you have with our support team under reference #715875. Hi Marty. Thanks for taking the time to review us and welcome to Zinio (we understand that the publisher just moved to Zinio from your comments). Printing or providing PDFs is simply not possible on Zinio due to copyright reasons. As you can imagine one person would purchase the magazine as a PDF and it would be free to download on sharing sites within minutes which then would put the financial viability of your favourite magazine at risk. We wish everyone on the internet was as honest as you however, as they are not, we need to provide access to the magazine in a secure platform. I hope that you can understand this. We have various platforms, one being zinio.com which provided 5500 magazine is a single newsstand and others being apps for single magazines. I am unsure which platform you are using, but on the single magazine platform in the coming months we will be introducing a new bookmark option which we hope will help you with your notes etc. Thanks again for your review and we wish you a wonderful day. Hi Charles. Thanks for reach out. Your feedback is important to ZINIO. Can you please give us more details about the advertisements you are receiving in the magazine? We recently turned on in app notifications as we believe that it is useful to let you know when you have a new magazine to read, if you do not find this useful it can be turned off as follows in iOS: Settings > Notifications > Zinio > Allow Notifications (turn this one off).
