I purchased a 17 issue subscription to 4wd action magazine which also includes a dvd with every magazine. Zinio's website says that when you purchase a magazine with dvd that you get the magazine immediately which I did and the dvd can take up to 48 hours which I thought fair enough. It's now been 7 days , I have contacted zinio which told me to contact 4wd action media which I thought was weird because when did this become my job and responsibility, but I did email them and have had no response in 5 days now. So I then replied back to zinio and no one has gotten back to me and that's also been 5 days. I've then sent another message to zinio and again to 4wd action media and still no response from either of them.so now I have another 4wd magazine arrive with no dvd again. This is rediculous. I want a refund or someone please give me my dvd downloads. This is what I paid for.

Great app and very handly for people that have poor vision. For me that is great way to read the magazine I love, Popular Science. I can take it with me anywhere and enjoy a good reading time. Their support is fast and very helpful. Thanks guys for add the android app. You cover all the bases.

If I could rate zip I would! I’m a quilter and rely on my magazines for the patterns. Years of magazines gone in a flash all because Zinio took over with a simple update of these magazines. Not only that, I have also purchased magazines under Zinio only to now have them read “view” but there’s nothing there! I have to repurchase! On top of this they keep sending me the same automated responses about their service to my issue. Really! I’ve done exactly what these messages have said. No refund from Zinio or Apple i-tunes, no refund period! No magazines, no anything! Years of magazines and hundreds of dollars all gone...for a person who makes a living using these...thanks!!!!

I was very pleased with my interaction with Customer Support. I had issues with the update of my People Magazine app and thought that since I couldn't talk to a live person, I would have problems with submitting a e-mail request. But to my surprise, someone e-mailed me back each time I had a problem and the issue was finally resolved and I now have all my issues and I am notified when a new issue is available.

I had a problem with an automatic renewal and it was solved in the same day. Congratulations great service!

I required a refund for an unwanted renewal on an online magazine which was concluded satisfactorily in very quick time thank you. Excellent service.

I love using Zinio. In all the years I have used the app, I have only ever had two issues - both of which were resolved. The first issue was that a certain magazine stopped downloading. It appeared to be an issue with Android. Zinio support worked continuously to solve the problem which took about two weeks but during this time they kept in touch with me and sent me regular tests so I was always kept updated. My recent issue was resolved within a few hours. All communication is addressed quickly. I would definitely recommend Zinio for anyone who enjoys reading their publications digitally.

Despite starting out rocky as I purchased a magazine and was unaware it was a digital copy, customer service was extremely kind and forgiving. I recived a full refund quickly after I contacted them and have had no further issues. Would definitely recommend to someone who would read digital copies.
