Hi Alejandro, and thank you for your review and comments about customer support. We really appreciate your loyalty and nice words. Also thank you for you honest review about printing and emailing article. Many publishers are concerned about massive copyright issues, i.e. people being able to clone a magazine as soon as it is published and distribute it for free to a wide population. As a result they sign with ZINIO to have the magazine available on digital format on the basis we do not allow anyone to print or email any part of the magazine. A negative consequence of this, is that honest people like you can not clip articles and we understand this is uncomfortable, and we are sorry about this. We continue to review new technologies to see if we can meet both the publisher and readers needs. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a nice day

Hi Bill. Thanks for reaching out. As an online company we offer both email and live chat as customer support channels. I would need more information on the issue you are facing to further help you, however, if you have purchased directly via ZINIO and not via Apple or Googleplay and you are having technical difficulties which we can reproduce we will happily give you a refund if you are not 100% satisfied. Similarly by contacting Apple or Googleplay (if purchased via their platforms they normally refund under such conditions, however, ZINIO can not initiated an Apple or Googleplay refund this needs to be done by the customer. Hi Liz. Thanks for the review. So we can investigate this further please write to us, with the name of the magazine and app you are referring to. Zinio has two business lines 1) We sell magazines directly to customers and these are stored in the ZINIO app and 2) We provide apps to publishers, they give us a list of customers and these are displayed according to the publisher requirements in a Powered by ZINIO Pro App. Clearly in the first case ZINIO has complete control as you have purchased via us. In the second case we are dependant upon the publisher giving us the information of which customers have purchased, this is not in our direct control but in most cases publishers honour previous purchases. Please write to us so we can resolve this problem with you, if necessary working with the publisher.
